The Michievous Cat

Smile :) Welcome to another Sweet Cherry Card blog filled with creative goodness. Today we show you how a simple stencilled background can add such interest to your coloured image. The image we are playing with is that mischievous cat 'bandit'  from  Sassy Cheryl's   and he is a cutie. We also have a time lapse video on  instagram  showing how this project unfolded. Colouring with Copics The cat was first coloured with the folllowing copic markers YR07, YR04, YR14, YR02, Y19, R20, R00, 100, C7, C5, W2, W0, B18, B06, B04. Notice that I added strokes in the direction of the artist's outline of the cat's fur, to give it a multicoloured look. For a different look, you can also add some random black patches of fur.
